EMMANUEL O. OFEIMUN, M.B.A., JD.-Law, Ph.D, FBIM, FCI.arb, M.R.S.H., F.N.I.Q.S.,
Professor Emmanuel Omodiaogbe Ofeimun is the Chief Executive Officer of Offshore Capital & Asset Investment LLC and head of project finance. He had extensive experience in project planning covering capital investments and budgeting, decision making, project and investment analysis, financing of projects and infrastructure, venture capital, private equity, project risk management etc.
His multi-disciplinary training as a Construction Economist, Juris Doctor and Investment Banker coupled with exposure of working with consulting firms equipped him for this role. He has acted as an Expert Witness in Arbitration related matters in the construction industry disputes and chaired panels.
His corporation represents major Investors that fund projects worldwide and has served as a Lead Consultant in Bank recapitalization, corporate and international finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, equipment leasing, work outs, restructuring and management buy outs and general commercial matters. He was formerly head of department of Quantity Surveying, Federal Polytechnic Nasarrawa and has lecturing experience at graduate and post-graduate level with MIT Business School.
Recognized as a major player in project finance, he also served as a Director and Resource Professor at the Quantity Surveyors Academy Nigeria. Emmanuel Ofeimun qualified as a Corporate Quantity Surveyor in United Kingdom upon passing the professional examination and is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
He has a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Imo State University, a Doctorate degree in Banking and Financial Institutions, a Juris Doctor from California South University, USA in addition to Membership of British Institute of Management, Royal Society of Health, Chartered Institute of Arbitration, etc.
He is a Professor of Finance at California South University and is well published with research papers in Academics and International journals.
He is the Author of Risk Management for Professionals published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Europe. Profiled in International Who is Who of professionals. He also serves as a consultant to Pacific OTC and his corporation is registered in the database of consultants of the World Bank and African Development Bank. Total practice exposure is over 40 years.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Wole Afolabi is a Chartered Accountant who obtained his professional training from Z.O. Ososanya & Co (Chartered Accountants) and had over twelve years working experience in the banking industry.
He worked with Venture Trust Company Limited (an affiliate of former Universal Trust Bank Plc) as Head of Finance and Administration; served as Head, Credit & Marketing UTB Trustees Ltd. He also worked in various positions and duties with the former Universal Trust Bank Plc, the last of which was the Branch Manager, Akure branch of the bank where he pulled out in September, 2005 to join Oyewole Afolabi & Company (Chartered Accountants) as the Managing Partner.
Dr. Catherine holds a degree in accounting and finance with Middlesex University, London and MBA from University of Port Harcourt and Honourary Degree from Covenant University. She is a Fellow and a past president of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Board Member of International Federation of Accountants (FCA), Vice President of Association Accounting Bodies of West Africa.
She was a formal commissioner of finance, Imo State, State Government of Nigeria, Group Managing Director, NICON Insurance PLC, Nigeria, Board Member Nigeria Extractive Industry, etc.
She is a consultant to Offshore Capital & Asset Investment LLC on debt recovery.
Austin is the Group Managing Director of Gothic-len group. He is a Professional Architect with over 22 years in professional practice. He is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and a holder of Master degree in Architecture. He is a member of prominent professional bodies such as the Nigeria Institute of Architects, Architects Registrar of Nigeria, Chairman, Education Committee of The Consulting Architects of Nigeria

She is an attorney at Law firm and General Counsel of International Investment Law & Arbitration. She worked with National Insurance Commission and presently serve Atoyebi & Partners, Ebuka and Partners. Her exposure is in the area of Maritime and Corporate Law.
CHARLES OGBEASE UGHELE, MBA, BSc Banking & Finance, FCIB, ACIB, ANIMN, CFP, Executive Consultant Banking and Projects
Charles has been Chief Representative & Advisor West Africa at GDP Global Development (UK), a leading economic promotion and business development consultancy, specialised in FDI/trade practice, capacity enhancement and benchmarking. Prior to that, he was Special Adviser (Public-Private Partnerships) to Federal Minister of Works Nigeria.
With ample banking experience spanning over two decades, Charles was Head of Facility and Projects, and Regional Head Commercial Banking with responsibility for business development, credit and relationship management at Access Bank Nigeria. He previously was Assistant Director Consultancy and Training at The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; Divisional Head Banking Operations at IMB International Bank; and severally as Branch Manager at a couple other banks across Nigeria.
Charles is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers; holds MBA and BSc Banking & Finance (Honours) degrees; he also attended development programmes at INSEAD Business School, France and GDP Global Development, United Kingdom. Multi-skilled and a speaker at conferences/webinars (including African Economic Zones Organisation and GDP Global Nigeria/West Africa webinar 2020 series), Charles combines a strong leadership aptitude with fervour for accomplishments.
